Asphalt, metal and flat roofing across Hamilton and the surrounding towns. Free inspection, a written quote in 48 hours, and a ten-year workmanship warranty in writing.
Most leaks we get called to are not the shingles. They are the flashing, the valleys and the vents. We quote the whole system, so the repair actually holds.
Full tear-off down to the deck, rotten sheathing replaced, ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys.
We find where the water actually gets in, which is rarely where it shows up on your ceiling.
Seamless aluminium run on site, sized to your roof area so it keeps up in a real Hamilton downpour.
We come out, get on the roof, and photograph what we find. No charge, no obligation.
Within 48 hours, itemised. One number, and it is the number you pay.
Most homes are one to two days. We tarp the garden and magnet-sweep for nails before we leave.
Ten years on our workmanship, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the material. In writing.
“Found the leak in twenty minutes after two other companies told us we needed a whole new roof. We did not. Repaired it for a fraction.”
M. Carswell · Westdale“Quote on the Tuesday, roof done by the following Thursday. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.”
D. Ferreira · Stoney Creek“They photographed everything and walked me through it on the driveway. First roofer who did not make me feel like I was being managed.”
